I had a 4 ft stump in the way of my picket fence install, I needed it grind down 20 plus inches, no other tree service could go that low, max depth for them was 8 inches,.Zach from insta care tree service, came through, not only the depth I wanted, he went way lower, and did it on the same day I called. This is the tree service to call. All others are just minimal job standards, and put you on the schedule for an estimate only. I called Zach same day, estimate same day job complete. Zach is the man.

I would definitely give Insta Care 10 stars for removal of my "monster" tree. I had a large tree in my front yard and the top branches were tangled with phone lines. Zachary Hall and his excellent team had my "monster" tree was down within 60 minutes. The stump removal was completed a couple days later. I must say the clean up was perfect. We had 8 trees and their stumps removed. The majority of the trees were huge. I can't say enough about how impressive it was to see all of the equipment they brought. Even with their boom, Zack still had to climb the tallest tree. While one crew worked in the front yard, the other crew worked in the back yard. They were courteous, professional, and safety conscien sous. With all of the equipment, my yard wasn't torn up, they laid out plywood to run the dingo over. Was easy to see they know what they are doing and they all work well together. Zack and his crew finished the job in about 8 hours. Very reasonable and my husband and I are both pleased with the job. Insta Care was affordable, professional and did their work in a very timely manner. They took out one large tree, trimmed up two others and left the job site spotless! A week later our neighbors tree was damaged in a storm, we passed on Zachary's number and by the next morning the tree had been removed and the neighbor could not have been more pleased with the work! We will be working with Zachary again!

Zachary and his crew took great care of our multi-level project and once on schedule, were able to complete within a few hours. We had 3 bushes removed (close to our foundation), 1 tree that was overdue for a trim, 1 honeysuckle plant removed and 3 oak trees raised along with deadwood removed. A crew arrived the first day and completed 90% of the work with the information that Zachary would return in the near future to grind out the stumps from the removed bushes. Zachary returned next day and through our ongoing communication was also able to complete a few finishing touches to ensure we were fully satisfied with the overall job. The debris was cleaned up and removed from our property by a very friendly and respectable crew completing the job. Zachary is very knowledgeable arborist and confirmed our pin oak needed removal. Quote was very fair and the job was completed in a reasonable time. Cant say enough about the crew. Ours was a big job and at one point there were 12 or more workers on the scene. I have rarely witnessed such teamwork! And the tree was felled exactly where it needed to be. They cleaned as the job progressed and when they were gone, our yard was left in even better condition than when they started! Cannot recommend enough! They will be doing another job for us. Just had InstaCare Tree Service come out and tackle the 4 trees in my yard. Their work team was extremely professional and left my yard looking great, no left over branches. I priced out 4 different companies and they came in most affordable. It made me feel better that they have a certified Arborist on staff to inspect before the job. Can't recommend them enough!

Use this service. Not only were they the the best price of five bids, they go above and beyond what is expected. I had a large dead oak on my property that was threatening my roof and my neighbors garage. They have the rigging know how and experience and brought the bohemith down without a scratch to my property. All while dodging power lines too! They raked all of the debris away, blew off all nearby cars, and cleaned the culdisac I live on. 60 foot overgrown oak tree gone in one day. WOW.

I used Insta Care Tree to remove a large White Pine in my back yard. Zachary gave me a competitive quote, and proof of insurance which included workman's comp. Insta Care trimmed a bunch of limbs off of our pin oak tree and treated the gall damage. We really wanted to save the tree and I'm already seeing new growth. I had many bushes that I needed removed and I could not be more pleased with the service provided. They not only removed the bushes we agreed to but they voluntarily even shredded a couple of other bushes that I had dug up on my own and hand t gotten cleaned up yet. There had been some odd things that had grown up between the bushes and they pulled those out as well. They left the yard looking awesome, the cleanup after the job was impeccable and they even leveled off the ground where the bushes had been. Amazing, friendly, thorough service, great price and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Had an Osage Orange and two Pin Oaks trimmed. The Pin Oaks had a lot of galls from an infestation. The crew cleaned out the Oaks really nice and added deep root fertilizer and insecticide to combat the infestation.
The crew worked fast and responsibly and cleaned up everything after they were done. I will use them again.

InstaCare is one of the best tree companies I've found in St. Louis (and we've used several). Not only are they reasonably priced, but they do a phenomenal job. They've done two tree removals for us so far-all stellar work. One job involved removing a giant Oak Tree (60+ feet) that died shortly after we had laid down fresh sod in the yard. I expressed my concerns about lawn damage to Zach, and he made sure the team was extra careful when removing the tree. They did such a meticulous job that you can't even tell they were there. I don't even know how that's possible! All around an A+ company, and I will never use anyone but them for my tree needs!

This week we had 2 very large oak trees removed. They were filled with oak galls and dying. Zachary Hall and his crew were absolutely amazing! Zach was patient and took time to answer our many questions and was very good at communicating with us. The crew was prompt, conscientious and paid so much attention to details. They took extra measures to assure our property was protected and thoroughly cleaned up the debris, including the street. We were impressed that when each tree trunk fell, the crew cushioned the fall to lessen the impact.

In addition, Zach is treating another very large oak tree that has a few galls in an effort to save it. Wish we would have known long ago that was a possibility. Perhaps we would have been able to save the other trees. Zach is an ISA Certified Arborist and was able to educate us on the matter.

We highly recommend Insta Care Tree Service. We will definitely continue to work with Zach in the future.

Zachary Hall and his crew were working in our neighborhood and left a flier in our door. We were just about to hire another tree company before giving him a call. I'm SO glad we did! Their bid saved us THOUSANDS and the work they did was perfection. We wanted a very large dead tree removed behind our fence bordering a creek. We asked them to please watch out for existing healthy trees since we didn't want to lose privacy. We have a pool so privacy is very important for us. They didn't harm a single living thing around the area. The work was tidy and they left the nicely chopped wood for us to burn all summer in our fire pit (our request). They also removed a smaller tree and will be back to grind the stump. Don't hesitate for a second to call Zachary. You will be so glad you did!
