Q. SHOULD I DO ANY WORK ON MY TREES BEFORE THE COOLER MONTHS
A. Certain trees need to be pruned at certain times of the year. However, there is never a bad time to remove dead. Most trees benefit from pruning in mid to late winter. Pruning during dormancy encourages new growth as soon as the weather begins to warm.
